At Marks & Clerk (2006/7), EDF Energy (2006), Insolvency Service (2006) and Network Rail (1997/9), we designed, developed and implemented a competency framework as part of a culture change/restructuring process. We delivered a role analysis project and a competency based assessment centre project, based on this framework.
At Kings College London (2008), we helped implement a job evaluation scheme, and, in particular, provided support for the appeals process. At the Barbican Centre and the Guildhall School of Music (2008), we implemented a competency-based performance development framework and a competency-based job evaluation scheme.
