At The London Borough of Barnet (2001/2), we developed a Recruitment & Retention Strategy, A Safer Recruitment Policy, a Work-Life Balance initiative and updated the recruitment brand, to achieve higher retention rates for the Borough. At Network Rail (1997/9), we project managed recruitment campaigns, as well as developing and implementing talent management and succession management initiatives.
