At the Royal College of Music (2004/6), we project-managed and implemented a new competency based job evaluation/pay and grading scheme for the College, resulting in fair and robust job evaluation and grading. At OPRAF (Office of Passenger and Rail Franchising) (1996), we designed and delivered delegated pay, grading and job evaluation in line with OPRAF'S values and culture. We also designed and delivered a new competency based performance management process.
